1. HOW DO I BOOK?

 

It's as simple as ABC.

 

A - Book your event passes on this website by clicking on the 'Event Passes' tab above.

 

B - Book into our Base Hotel Jaime I, Salou, Costa Daurada, Spain.

 

C - Book your flight to Reus Airport (a 15 minute Journey in a cab to Salou).

      Alternatively you can fly to Barcelona (Approximately 1 hour Transfer on a coach) 

 

 

2. ARE ALL THE EVENTS IN THE JAIME I HOTEL?

 

No, we have Djs on various days playing music around the swimming pool where BBQ food, snacks & drinks are available. The Hotel offers a varied daily & nightly entertainment programme. We use a variety of nightclubs exclusively for Salou Soul and have daytime venues with Djs.

 

 

3. ARE ALL THE VENUES FAR FROM THE BASE HOTEL JAIME I?

 

All activities outside the hotel are planned to be within easy walking distance.

 

 

4. HOW MUCH IS A CAB FROM REUS AIRPORT TO THE JAIME I?

 

Cabs are readily available at the Airport when you step outside the Terminal. The cost is approximately 30 euros.

 

 

5. HOW MUCH ARE THE PRICES TO STAY AT THE JAIME I HOTEL?

 

There are lots of great value deals to be had on the Web, both Half Board & All inclusive. Have a look around and bag a bargain.

 

 

6. WHAT ARE THE THEMED PARTY NIGHTS?

 

We have a Dress in White night on the Friday and a theme night on Saturday. (The theme for 2020 is Sci-fi). Theme nights are optional, but you'll find most clientele take part.

 

 

7. WHAT VENUES WILL YOU BE USING?

 

A full itinerary and event programme will be e mailed out 2 weeks prior to the event, this way if there are any last minute changes we can keep the programme as accurate as possible. So when booking please supply the full names and e mail addresses of everyone in your party so we can keep everyone informed & updated on Salou Soul activities and confirm your booking.

8. HOW MUCH ARE THE EVENT PASSES?

 

Event passes are £95 + £4 admin fee. **The event passes give you access to all our day & night activities.  **Excluding the Catamaran cruise which is an optional extra!

 

9. WILL MY EVENT PASS BE SENT TO ME?

 

No, when you book print off your receipt, email us the FULL names (& email addresses if they have them) of everyone in your party & on Thursday 3rd September 2021 between 12pm & 5pm exchange your receipt for your event pass/wristband at the Jaime I Hotel. We will have a reception/table area at the indoor poolside bar.

 

 

10. WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE OUTSIDE THE DAY & TIME YOU ARE GIVING OUT THE PASSES?

 

We will have the event passes at all our day & night activities, just bring your printed Receipt and exchange it for your passes.

 

 

11. HOW CAN I GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU AT THE EVENT REGARDING A QUERY?

 

A member of our event team will usually be on hand, alternatively we will also supply contact numbers for you.

 

 

12. HOW FAR IS THE BEACH FROM THE JAIME I HOTEL?

 

Levante Beach is a 5 minute walk from the Hotel. 

 

 

13. WILL THERE BE ANY SALOU SOUL WEEKENDER T-SHIRTS/ MEMORABILIA ON SALE? 

 

Yes, T-Shirts fans and some other memorabilia items will be available. 

 

 

 

14. CAN I ORDER MULTIBLE TICKETS AT ONE TIME? 

 

 

Yes, you can order up to 4 passes in 1 transaction, just follow these simple steps:

 

1. Click on the correct Paypal button (choose between 1-4) then pay for your passes

2. fill in the form as party leader

3. Enter your email address as the party leader

4. Let us know where you heard about the event

5. In the box on the right enter the names and email addresses of all the people you are booking for

Once you have done this, press 'send'

(This way everyone is emailed to confirm their booking from our Admin Team)

 

 

 

15. WHAT IF I WANT TO ORDER MORE THAN 4 PASSES AT ONE TIME?

 

If you wish to order more than 4 passes in 1 transaction, you can 'mix & match' the payment options, eg. by combining a four pass button with a two pass button to make a six person booking.

(You won't be charged extra for doing this!) just follow these simple steps:

 

1. Click on the correct Paypal buttons, you can 'mix & match' as many buttons as you wish (eg. if you want  7 passes then press the '4 ticket' payment button, pay for them, then click the '3 ticket' payment button and pay again (YOU WON'T BE CHARGED EXTRA FOR DOING THIS!!)

2. fill in the form as party leader

3. Enter your email address as the party leader

4. Let us know where you heard about the event

5. Enter the amount of passes you paid for using the 'mix & match' option (5 +)

6. In the box on the right enter the names and email addresses of all the people you are booking for.

Once you have done this, press 'send'

(This way everyone is emailed to confirm their booking from our Admin Team)

 

 

 

16. CAN MUSIC BE PLAYED IN THE COMMUNAL AREAS OF THE HOTEL ON THE DAYS SALOU SOUL EVENTS ARE HELD ELSEWHERE?

 

No loud music can be played AT ANY TIME by Salou Soul patrons who decide to stay at the base hotel when day events are held elsewhere. We are bound by contract with the Jamie l hotel to give them two music free days (in consideration of their other paying guests). Any deviation from this would be a breach of contract on our part that could lead us to lose our fantastic base hotel.

PLEASE RESPECT THIS RULE!

 

 

 

17. HOW DO I BOOK ON THE CATAMARAN CRUISE?

 

To book your place on the optional Catamaran cruise just pay on arrival in Salou when collecting your event passes. This is done on a first come, first served basis! No Catamaran wristbands will be issued without pre-payment! Please note to comply with strict health and safety legislation we are limited to only 125 persons!
